90-Day Refill Guarantee Policy

1What the Refill Guarantee covers

The 90-Day Refill Guarantee applies only to followers delivered as part of the specific BoostMaus order for which the refill option was purchased.

It does not guarantee or protect the total follower count of your Instagram account.

Followers that were already on your account before the order are not covered.

2Natural follower loss is not covered

Instagram accounts naturally gain and lose followers over time.

Existing followers may:

• unfollow your account,
• deactivate or delete their accounts,
• be suspended or removed by Instagram,
• or disappear for other reasons unrelated to the BoostMaus order.

BoostMaus cannot replace losses from your existing or organic follower base.

390 days does not mean unlimited followers

The 90-Day Refill Guarantee provides refill protection for the purchased quantity during the 90-day protection period. It is not an unlimited follower subscription.

The total quantity of complimentary refill followers issued under one order may not exceed the original quantity purchased.

Once the maximum refill allowance has been reached, the refill protection for that order is considered fulfilled.

4How refill eligibility is determined

The total follower count shown on an Instagram profile alone is not sufficient proof that followers delivered by BoostMaus have dropped.

BoostMaus may review:

• the follower count recorded before delivery,
• the quantity originally purchased,
• completed deliveries,
• previous refill deliveries,
• current account statistics, and the overall follower movement of the account.

If the account shows substantial follower losses beyond the quantity purchased from BoostMaus, those additional losses will be considered account-wide or natural follower fluctuation and are not covered by the refill guarantee.

5Previous refills are counted

Every complimentary refill issued for an order counts toward that order's refill allowance.

6Other follower services may affect refill eligibility

If followers are purchased or received from another provider during the refill period, it may become impossible to determine which followers originated from a BoostMaus order.

BoostMaus may therefore limit or decline refill requests when simultaneous follower services from third parties materially prevent verification.

7Account requirements

To receive a refill:

• the Instagram username must remain accessible,
• the account must be public while the refill is processed,
• the account must not have been deleted, suspended or disabled,
• and the username should not be changed without notifying BoostMaus.

A refill cannot be processed while the account is inaccessible.

8Refill is a replacement service, not a follower-count guarantee

The refill option gives customers the right to request replacement of eligible dropped followers according to this policy.

It does not constitute a guarantee that:

• the account's overall follower count will never decrease,
• every existing follower will remain,
• Instagram will not remove accounts,
• or the account will maintain a specific total follower count for 90 days.

Instagram follower numbers are dynamic and can fluctuate independently of a BoostMaus order.
