Important Notice: Digital Services & Marketing Campaigns
Because our social media marketing services consist of digital services and non-physical digital content, your statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely pursuant to Section 356 (4) and (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) once performance has commenced with your express prior consent.
1Right of Withdrawal & Statutory Period
Consumers generally possess a statutory right to withdraw from contracts within fourteen (14) calendar days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify BoostMaus (Email: boostmaus@hotmail.com) by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3Early Expiration of Withdrawal Rights (§ 356 (4) & (5) BGB)
Pursuant to statutory European and German consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following circumstances:
- Contracts for services (Section 356 (4) BGB): if BoostMaus has fully performed the service and only began performing the service after the consumer gave express consent and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon complete performance.
- Contracts for digital content & marketing campaigns (Section 356 (5) BGB): if BoostMaus began performance of the contract after the consumer expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and confirmed their knowledge that through their consent they lose their right of withdrawal once performance has commenced.
* By completing checkout and requesting immediate service execution, you acknowledge and agree that once delivery processing begins, the statutory right of withdrawal expires.
4Compensation for Value for Partial Performance (§ 357a (2) BGB)
If you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and validly withdraw before complete delivery, you owe BoostMaus an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already rendered up to the time of notification compared to the total scope of the contract.
Delivered social media metrics (such as followers, likes, views, or saves) are irreversible digital outcomes and will be fully credited and deducted from any refund calculation.
5Separation from 90-Day Refill Guarantee
Subsequent fluctuations caused by natural unfollows, privacy switches, or social platform maintenance do not constitute grounds for cash withdrawal for delivered orders.
