Record what changed
Keep the date, time zone, public profile link and visible total for each observation. Use the same observation method where possible.
Note whether the profile changed name or privacy status. Avoid publishing personal account details in public support discussions; use the private order channel.
Separate delivery from the net counter
Suppose a profile starts at 500, gains 100 follows and loses 80 during the same period. The final total is 520 even though the gross gain was 100.
This example explains the arithmetic only. It does not identify what happened to your account, and the public counter cannot identify the source of each gain or loss.
Check possible causes without assigning blame
People can unfollow, and accounts may disappear. TikTok also states that it removes fake followers and likes when it detects inauthentically inflated metrics.
A drop does not prove that you used multiple suppliers, nor does a country-targeting label prove permanence. Review the available evidence before making either claim.
Read the coverage attached to your order
Check whether refill was selected, the coverage period and any order-specific conditions. A delivery still processing needs a status review before it is treated as completed and short.
Refill means an eligible replenishment process; it is not a guarantee against future loss. Purchasing another package is not automatically required to resolve an existing covered issue.
Send a useful support request
